Linde Healthcare is committed to matching each client’s needs with the appropriate physicians. As a charter member of NALTO, we will disclose all requirements and will adhere to NALTO’s Standards of Practice in order to ensure an upfront and knowledgeable locum tenens experience. An assigned representative will help guide you through an informed and smooth locum tenens process.
Phase 1: Gathering Information
- Initial Conversation: Discuss your need & desired qualifications.
- Non-Exclusive Contingency Fee Agreement: Execute a signed agreement encompassing physician payment, malpractice insurance and assistance with privileging that Linde Healthcare performs on behalf of the client.
- Submittal of Candidates: Submit an initially screened physician’s CV and supporting documentation for your review. Consultants discuss the doctor’s current situation, interests and past professional experience.
- Telephone Interview: Coordinate a telephone conversation between the client and the candidate to eliminate any unresolved questions or concerns before physician is officially offered the position by the client.
Phase 2: Offer & Acceptance

Phase 3: Physician Begins Assignment
- Payment: Linde Healthcare compensates physicians as an independent contractor on behalf of the client for services rendered and reimburses any additional fees or expenses incurred according to the travel policy. We bill the client according to the agreed rates noted in the signed contract.
- Evaluation: Client completes an evaluation about the doctor and Linde Healthcare so we can better serve your need.
