Gryphon Investors is a private equity firm based in San Francisco, CA. Club Staffing, founded in 1999, has grown to become the leading independent allied health staffing company in the U.S., providing rehabilitation, radiology, respiratory, pharmacy, and laboratory professionals to over 1,000 health care facilities across the country. Linde Healthcare and Kendall & Davis become subsidiaries of Nursefinders, Inc.
Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, and Marcy Consulting Group, led by former Spherion Corporation Chairman & CEO Ray Marcy, today announced that they have acquired physician recruiting firms Linde Healthcare and Kendall & Davis, focused respectively on locum tenens (contract physicians) and permanent placement nationwide. Terms were not disclosed.

Gryphon Investors Acquires Nursefinders, Inc.
Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, and Ray Marcy, former Chairman & CEO of Spherion Corporation, announced that they have acquired Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation’s largest nurse staffing companies to hospitals and other healthcare facilities; and a leading provider of home healthcare services. As part of the transaction, Kaiser Permanente (“Kaiser”), a current shareholder and customer, will remain a minority equity holder in the company. Nursefinders was previously owned by Atlantic Medical Capital and other institutions. Terms were not disclosed.
